Where we ship

We ship from Mechanicsburg, Ohio to addresses in the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Digital products

Printables and other digital products don't ship. Your download link is delivered by email as soon as your order is complete — usually within a minute. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, or email us and we'll resend it.

Custom-printed orders

Holiday cards, invitations, announcements, programs, church bulletins, and business prints are printed after you approve your proof. Production takes 2–4 business days, then USPS transit is typically 2–5 business days. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.

Ready-made items

Candles, wax melts, art prints, hangers, and other non-personalized items ship within 1–2 business days.

Tracking and delays

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed; we're not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit, but if something goes missing we'll help track it down or replace it. See our Refund Policy for damaged or lost packages.
