Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Because most of what we make is either a digital file or printed just for you, our policy is a little different for each kind of product.
Digital downloads and printables
Digital products are delivered instantly by email and can't be returned, so they are not refundable. If a file won't open, is missing, or isn't what was described, email us and we'll replace it or refund it — no fuss.
Personalized and custom-printed items
Holiday cards, wedding invitations, birth announcements, programs, church bulletins, business prints, and anything else printed with your details are made to order and can't be returned or resold. You approve the proof before we print. If there is a printing defect or an error on our part, we'll reprint your order free of charge — just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Please check spelling, dates, and photos carefully before approving your proof; we can't reprint for free when the approved proof matches what was printed.
Non-personalized items
Candles, wax melts, art prints, hangers, and other non-personalized physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No need to send the damaged item back — a photo is enough.
Cancellations
Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before printing begins. Once your order is in production it can't be cancelled. Digital orders can't be cancelled once the download has been delivered.
